Collective coaching
The team is central in building performance. Very often, it is necessary to wait until the dysfunctions are deep for a team or one of its leaders to decide to set in motion.
From experience, we notice 5 main types of dysfunction in a team, which requires the use of a coach: a lack of confidence, fear of conflict, a lack of commitment, avoidance of responsibilities and a lack of interest in results. Of course, several dysfunctions can accumulate.
Our approach is in all cases structured by a listening and observation phase, then a restitution phase which will allow a different approach to the modus vivendi then the modus operandi of this team. To recreate a glue, to regenerate the humus in which the life of this team is rooted and to look at the world differently to address it with more relevance. The challenge is to move towards a different consciousness which will give rise to very concrete actions
